Situation
In 2023 Indelible Solutions requested that Atlas Strategy Group introduce Indelible to municipal government and business leaders, with a priority focus on NYS and NYC. Atlas Strategy Group provided strategic advice and counsel, participated in events and meetings intended to benefit Indelible business, and recommended activations and conferences for Indelible key stakeholders to to support and attend.
Action
Atlas Strategy Group facilitated introductions between key stakeholders of Indelible and NYSABPRHAL Conference Leadership, which resulted in Indelible committing to a long term Marquee sponsorship for caucus weekend. Additionally, Atlas facilitated the MWBE Panel that Indelible hosted at Congressional Black Caucus in 2023, which cemented and further developed relationships with key stakeholders in NYS and Nationally.
Result
Indelible was awarded RFP# 2721 - HERRC Project Management in NYC November, 2023. The Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers (HERRC). The RFP was produced as a response to the mass influx of asylum seekers arriving in New York City.
